The duties of CoI exceed what we acquainted with to include developing the culture of straightness, integrity, transparency and submission to inquiry and being fair as an official (1), achieving this purpose throughout executing initiatives to enlighten and educating the Iraqi people for strengthen their demands in transparent and honest leadership characterized with responsibility and submission to inquiry, and developing the government and private sector’s culture and appreciate personal integrity, public service ethics and submitting to inquiry for both the government and private sector, as been stated in section (1) order (55) “the commission performs… and execute initiatives to educate and enlighten the Iraqi people for strengthen their demands in transparent and honest leadership characterized with responsibility and submission to inquiry…”.

Also, section (1) from the regulation law stated “…the Commission execute programs to educate and enlighten the Iraqi people for strengthen their demands in transparent and honest leadership characterized with responsibility and submission to inquiry…”.

 section (3) from this law mentioned “… and the Commission achieves that throughout investigate in cases and throughout developing the government and private sector’s culture and appreciate personal integrity, public service ethics and submitting to inquiry through general programs for education and culture…”

 clause (9) section (4) mentioned it “ the Commission ensure for the Iraqi government officials and the Iraqi people educational programs that the commission consider as proper to develop the culture of integrity, straightness, transparency and submission to inquiry and fair treatment in public services, and the commission should impose up on government officials by submitting to inquiry and impartial treatment, and CoI achieves that by coordinating with specialized officials in education through national curriculums to enhance “the aspect of public integrity”, this law puts this burden up on the directorate of education and public relations.
